She began her professional journey as an entrepreneur, founding and managing her own language school. After successfully growing the business to its full potential, she made the decision to sell it, feeling uncertain about how to expand further at the time. Transitioning into the corporate world, she ventured into brokerage and insurance, finding financial success but lacking the deep inspiration she craved. Initially prioritizing security in life, she later underwent personal development that revealed her true fulfillment lay in meaningful human interactions and visionary pursuits.
Ariza Nanji, Founder of Global Virtual School (WEF) and student lead of the Good Energy Collaborative, leverages 9+ years of expertise in design thinking and project management. As the visionary behind Global Virtual School, Ariza founded the virtual English language institution, growing it to educate thousands of students across Central and South Asia. Ariza is passionate about the power of relationship-building to create systemic change. Ariza, a recent graduate from Swarthmore College, holds a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies and Economics.
Divaa Uthkarsha, a 15-year-old student from Bengaluru, has been honored with the prestigious Diana Award for her outstanding humanitarian initiative, Project Surya. This initiative is dedicated to providing essential support to underprivileged adolescents suffering from Type-1 diabetes. Divaa’s dedication and empathy have not only garnered recognition but have also made a significant impact on the lives of those in need. Her commitment to improving healthcare access and quality for marginalized communities serves as an inspiring example of youth-driven social change.

As a Creative Executive Function Coach at HowDoodle, she is passionate about helping creatives achieve more in ways that feel genuinely fulfilling and effective for them, leveraging their unique creative superpowers. Her mission is driven by a deep belief in the necessity of creatives’ ideas, voices, visions, and playful imaginations to navigate beyond societal issues like the rat race, consumerism, environmental degradation, and misunderstandings. She recognizes that creatives can’t fully inspire and influence change when they’re grappling with challenges in goal attainment, livelihoods, and fulfilling their true calling.
Dr. Krupali Tappoo is an Australian qualified General Practitioner and with vast experience in the Australian Health system. She worked with Queensland Health and NSW Health and in various hospitals in Sydney from 2008 till 2016. She has worked in various departments including Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Endocrinology, General Medicine, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry including eating disorders, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynecology and Renal Medicine.
Arvind Thiagarajan is the Founder & CEO of HD Medical Inc. He is an inventor and entrepreneur with a history of founding, advising, and building technology companies.
Arvind was given a special award from Member of Parliament for Science and Technology from the Government of India for his contributions to research and science and his work as part of HD Medical won the Socially Relevant Product (SRP) award in IIT Madras.
Kevin Sheehan is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of LeaderJam, the first global platform for engaging corporate teams with top experts and smart content to drive global change in organizations. He is also the co-founder of Hope Collaborative, a leadership development program for disadvantaged youth across the world.
Her journey into the depths of brain science was sparked by her son’s neurological crisis, driving her to uncover the intricate mechanisms that govern our thoughts, bodies, and behaviors. Beyond aiding her son, this exploration enabled her to assist executives, coaches, employee resource groups (ERGs), and other emerging leaders. Her focus has been on empowering them with insights into the profound impact of belonging, fostering greater confidence within themselves and enabling them to cultivate a sense of belonging among those they lead and serve.

Hope Collaborative is a Massachusetts 501(c)(3) non profit organization with a mission to make outstanding leadership development a standard for kids and teens living in poverty. Our program is arts-integrated, student-driven and team-focused. We provide our partner sites–both school and after-school programs–with expert facilitators, curriculum, technology access and support they need to implement world-class programs.
